JOY COMES
June 27. JOY COMES
I’ve learned that his anger lasts for a moment, but his loving favor lasts a lifetime! We may weep through the night, but at daybreak it will turn into shouts of ecstatic joy. Psalms 30:5 TPT
It is good to look at let nature speak to one at moments of despair. God is good and faithful that for every season that one may pass through in life, there is the equivalent of such in nature.
Are you in the night season now? God visits you today. He is telling you that day comes for you when joy and light will shine on you. It gets darkest before the day breaks. You are not forgotten. God is Father who forgets none of His children.
Look also at the weather. The dry season and the rainy season. The farmer plants and patiently for the early and latter rain for his harvest. Goodness comes after the difficult season.
Imagine the day in the dark season and rejoice that day will surely come. As long as the earth exists, day and night will not cease. At night, rejoice that the day will surely come.
What season are you now? Day or night? If you are in the night, keep your mind on the day that is coming and begin to thank God.
Let Us Pray:
Dear Lord and Father, I thank you that your works in nature show forth your glory and your plans. Help me to understand you and rejoice in you always in the name of Jesus.
