YOU ARE A CHILD OF PROMISE
MAY 1. Acts: 1: 4-5 The days are going so quickly, I remember that Christmas was celebrated not too long ago and here we are celebrating Good Friday and Easter, the most important days in the Church calendar. The celebration of our Lord Jesus Christ in this season is purposeful and it is from everlasting to everlasting. Some questions come to my mind, what if our Lord Jesus gave up on his disciples who had betrayed and denied him? What if our Lord Jesus Christ rose from the dead and decided to take a holiday from the stressful life he had been through? What if he did not leave us the Holy Spirit, our Comforter? The questions are endless and we sure do not have any answers to all of them and many more. We are the reason why our Lord Jesus Christ did not stop to take a rest and did not deny us, forgiving the thief on the cross.
