FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE….


May 29. 

……His only begotten son that whosoever believed in him will not die but will have everlasting life. John 3 :16b 

A life that is everlasting is eternal, lasting forever, permanent and unending. This is a life that starts when we receive our salvation and ends with us living forever with God in heaven. He sets His love upon us before we were born.

I can say that this verse is the heartbeat of the gospel. God’s love is immeasurable, it is sacrificial, it cost him the precious blood of his beloved Son. His love does not diminish, it does not fade away, it is everlasting. Through all the seasons of our lives, in victory, in failure and in our prodigal son life journey His love remains unchanged. 

Our Lord God created the heavens and the earth and made us in His own image, us, mere mortals, this is awesome and makes us feel worthy of his grace. Nothing can separate us from the love that our Lord Jesus Christ has for us, whether in season and out of season. His love for us has no end, an endless love. 

Let Us Pray: Our Father in heaven we thank You for loving us with an everlasting love. May we see and trust You all the days of our lives drawing closer to You as the days go by. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

  MAY 2.     Deuteronomy 6:4 Our God is an Amazing, Awesome God, The Creator of Heaven and the Earth, There is no one like Him, none to compare with Him, yes He is a perfect God. He is greater than all that he created, unlimited in nature, infinite and he is the God in three persons.   As you are dressed up to go out of your home, you are attired in all that God created including you yourself. Your clothes are made from cotton, silk, your shoes are made from animal skin, your perfume comes from natural oils, your jewellery comes from metals that are found in layers of soil.   MAY 3.      Romans:5: 4-5   Hope is not wishful thinking; hope is like making a long wish-list and waiting in great anticipation for each of the things you wished for to come through. You will find yourself marking off all the ones that God has answered.   On who are you hinging your hope on? My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus Christ and righteousness; this is the line of a very popular hymn that we all know. Is it true for you, can you let go and know that He who you hope on will not disappoint you. The faith that our hope has in God is the hope that does not disappoint, it transforms our suffering into endurance and our expectations into joy.
