June 28.     I AM WITH YOU, YOU ARE MINE


Israel, the Lord who created you says, “Do not be afraid—I will save you. I have called you by name—you are mine. Isaiah 43:1 GNT


How does it feel when you read God's love text to you? When we were young, it was through letters that we communicated and when a lady received a letter from a man saying ‘you are mine’ she was so happy. For that proclamation to be backed with ‘I will never leave you nor forsake’ even called for more joy. God says He calls you by your name and you are His. In the night or daytime, He is with you. You are not alone in your struggles or your joy. Even when you fail to recognize Him, He still stays there protecting you from any harm. 

He promised that He will never leave you yet you ignore Him even when He is there to help you. We must have hurt God a lot. He gave His only begotten Son Jesus to die for the sin that separates us from Him yet we fail to trust Him. He is not a man that will lie. What He means He says and what He says He means.  

As you are hearing His voice in this message today, yield to Him. Trust Him and watch as He guides you and shields you from the venom of the world. Relax in His soothing love and let Him carry the burden. 


Let Us Pray:

Dear God and Father, thank you for always loving me. I am sorry that I fail to recognize You or reciprocate Your love by obeying You. Forgive me and help me to trust and love You in the name of Jesus.

  MAY 2.     Deuteronomy 6:4 Our God is an Amazing, Awesome God, The Creator of Heaven and the Earth, There is no one like Him, none to compare with Him, yes He is a perfect God. He is greater than all that he created, unlimited in nature, infinite and he is the God in three persons.   As you are dressed up to go out of your home, you are attired in all that God created including you yourself. Your clothes are made from cotton, silk, your shoes are made from animal skin, your perfume comes from natural oils, your jewellery comes from metals that are found in layers of soil. HOPE IN THE WORLD

  MAY 3.      Romans:5: 4-5   Hope is not wishful thinking; hope is like making a long wish-list and waiting in great anticipation for each of the things you wished for to come through. You will find yourself marking off all the ones that God has answered.   On who are you hinging your hope on? My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus Christ and righteousness; this is the line of a very popular hymn that we all know. Is it true for you, can you let go and know that He who you hope on will not disappoint you. The faith that our hope has in God is the hope that does not disappoint, it transforms our suffering into endurance and our expectations into joy.
